The bay of Cala Fornells is characterized by its typical Mediterranean architecture, which was shaped by the ingenious master builder Don Pedro Otzoup. It was he who created these terraced apartments and buildings in the early 1970s and they continue to delight a large number of holidaymakers and owners today, more than forty years after they were built.

Almost all the apartments have a fantastic view of the sea, the large bay as far as Santa Ponsa and the Malgrat Islands.
