This perfectly designed house is located in the cozy and traditional village of Calvia. It was completely renovated in 2019 with great attention to detail.

The living space is distributed over two floors. The living and dining area is accessed through the main entrance next to the hall and is directly connected to the kitchen, while the three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them en-suite are also located on the same floor.

Santa Ponsa with its golf courses and Puerto de Andratx, with its Mediterranean flair, are both only 10 minutes away by car. The city of Palma and the airport can be reached in approx. 20 minutes.
