Native of Altfraunhofen and based in the city and district of Landshut.
After school education, Mr. Kelm completed training as a banker at the Stadtsparkasse Munich and was subsequently active in consulting and team management. Later, he moved to the management of an asset management company, where real estate portfolios were managed and processed. At the same time, Mr. Kelm was active in the conception of financial products and supported various asset managers in active sales until he left the financial sector at the age of 27, with the exception of a few consulting mandates. This was followed by business studies with an international focus and the founding of an internet start-up, which was successfully sold a short time later. A conscious decision out of interest in real estate was subsequently made for VON POLL IMMOBILIEN.

For love and attachment to his home market, Mr. Kelm joined VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Landshut as a partner alongside Mr. Christian Kartmann in 2016.

In addition to the training and inspiration in the VON POLL Academy in Frankfurt with graduation as a real estate agent (IHK), the certification as an expert for real estate appraisals (PersCert®) took place in courses of several days and the corresponding verification test.

Mr. Christian Kartmann is a native of Landshut and is well known and networked in the city and the district.

After eight years of education in the Hans-Carossa-Gymnasium and the completion of the advanced technical college entrance qualification in the field of business administration, he completed the study of business administration with a focus on marketing and economics.

The first station in his professional life led Mr. Kartmann to Nürnberger Versicherungs AG as a life insurance specialist and management representative in the Munich branch office, where he was in charge of the team. After four years, Mr. Kartmann moved to the real estate department of Hypobank in Landshut. This was followed by a move to asset management as an advisor and securities specialist. Subsequently, Mr. Kartmann took over the real estate department at Planethome, subsidiary of HVB in Landshut, over a period of six years.

For ten years now, Mr. Kartmann has been working as an independent real estate consultant. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Kartmann worked as a freelancer for the renowned Landshut real estate firm Holzmann + Sedlmayer, before he opened the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN office at the beginning of 2012 at the age of 49, leading it to one of the leading brokerage firms in the city and the country to this day.

Mr. Christian Kartmann's passion is all kinds of second-hand properties and estates in the high-price segment, which require special care.

Diplom-Immobilienökonomin (ADI)

Mrs. Biller, who comes from the nationally active furniture store of the same name, began a two-and-a-half-year apprenticeship at one of the currently most successful real estate companies in Munich after graduating from Landshut Technical High School.

After successfully completing her training, Ms. Biller was drawn back to her home market, where she shares responsibility for office management at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Landshut in addition to her brokerage activities. In addition to in-house training opportunities, Ms. Biller successfully completed an academic degree in real estate economics at the Academy of Real Estate Management (ADI) in Munich.

Growing up near Landshut, real estate and the construction industry already played an important role in her parents' home. During her school years, she completed an internship in an architectural office, which further strengthened her interest in the industry.

After successfully completing her secondary school diploma and training as a chemical laboratory technician, she discovered direct sales during her son's parental leave. Here, she found her calling in bringing joy to people through her service and products.

In the following 13 years, she worked in direct sales, where she gained valuable experience as a consultant, team leader and district manager. After taking parental leave with her daughter, she took on an assistant position on the Management Board, but quickly realized that her passion lay in direct contact with people. Her goal was to help people achieve happiness in their homes.

Married and the mother of two children, she decided to further deepen her knowledge of the real estate sector. She successfully completed her training as a real estate agent (IHK) at Von Poll Immobilien and is now looking forward to this new professional challenge.

Isabelle Hüttner was born in Landshut and grew up in the region. After graduating from Seligenthal Business School, she gained valuable international experience and further developed her language skills during a four-year stay abroad.

Since June 2026, she has been completing her apprenticeship as a real estate agent at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Landshut. She particularly appreciates the varied nature of the work, the personal contact with people, and the opportunity to guide clients on their journey to finding their dream home. The combination of consulting, organization, and marketing is what makes the real estate industry particularly exciting for her.

In her free time, she enjoys sports. Through her time playing competitive soccer, she learned early on how important team spirit, discipline, and reliability are. Today, she brings these qualities to her training and her work with clients and colleagues with great dedication.
