With existing properties always on the right side
The housing market has changed massively, the approval procedures for new construction projects are in a nosedive. The reason: the inflation, galloping raw material and craftsman prices and not least by a not properly functioning government support. "For many home builders, new construction projects have now become an incalculable adventure," says von-POLL Managing Director Robert Rothböck. The real estate expert leads the offices Kiel, Plön, Eckernförde, Neumünster, Rendsburg and Eutin.

"With inventory real estates one has clear conditions. The buyer or the salesman know with us support completely exactly, what the house and over dwelling will it, which final price is called and which possibly still into a renovation or a reorganization must be invested , say the real estate expert. One does not buy the cat in the bag, does not have to wait for the often uncertain completion of the building object, because it is already finished. And yet another phenomenon plays into the hands of buyers of existing properties, the falling real estate prices. "Due to the increase in interest rates, the market has changed. Many can now no longer pay the high purchase prices that were still being called up some time ago. The market has reacted to it and the prices have sunk depending upon real estate up to 20%", says Rothböck further, "which speaks clearly for it to direct inventory real estates into the personal focus".
This case is however caution advisable, if one is not a building or a real estate expert, so Rothböck further. No miracle thus that the real estate customers increasingly expertise of real estate agents inquire. They look for security and competent consultation, want for example with renovation questions clear information, want to know, which legal regulations are to be considered and which conveyances for an energetic reorganization like and where to receive and to be requested are.
Finally it concerns much money, which is invested. There one should leave nothing to the coincidence.
