The actually paid purchase prices for living were also stable in the second quarter of 2023, a trend that spreads to the nationwide industry. Elsewhere, prices have also stabilized, even continuing to rise in some areas, as the German Real Estate Index (Greix) has now published. The index refers to data from 18 expert committees.
Great interest is also the outskirts of large cities. The infrastructure is further developed, the accessibility with public means of transportation ever better. The demand increases also here. The reason: even after Corona, many employees spend their working hours in home offices and will continue to do so in the future. Companies have noticed that this brings many advantages. But employees also take advantage of the opportunity to be able to organize their daily routines individually. Also for married couples with children or single parents, this has many advantages.
