After just 4 hours, there were 90 applications, which the team pre-sorted. The documents (well prepared) of six suitable applications were made available to the owners for inspection. After drawing up our list of preferences, the Von Poll team invited the owners to viewings. They also organized an introduction meeting between the owners and the new tenants. The co-contract was drawn up and signed by both parties within a week.
