VON POLL IMMOBILIEN is once again in the lead: The Düsseldorf office even achieved the highest score of all brokerage companies tested in Düsseldorf for the seventh time in a row and, as in 2021 and 2022, von Poll Immobilien also achieved the highest score of all brokerage companies in Düsseldorf in 2023 and was thus rated the best broker in the state capital by Capital magazine for the third time in a row.
As in previous years, VON POLL IMMOBILIEN was awarded top marks in the annual Capital Broker Compass conducted by the established business magazine and published in the October 2023 issue.
In collaboration with experts from Scope Fund Analysis and the IIB Institute, Capital magazine analyzed the performance of more than 3,169 brokerage firms in 160 German cities for the tenth time. In a two-stage test procedure, the selected real estate agents were evaluated according to four criteria: qualification, process quality, exposé and contract as well as the service of the companies.
VON POLL IMMOBILIEN also achieved top performance in the Capital Broker Compass 2023: Overall, the real estate agency was awarded the highest rating as a five-star broker in all locations tested for the first time. This makes VON POLL IMMOBILIEN once again the leader with the highest number of award-winning cities among all real estate service providers analyzed. With this rating, the real estate agency even surpasses the previous year and stands out even more clearly from its competitors this time.
