Berlin Community Foundation
With the founding appeal "Berliners help Berliners", the foundation has been motivating fellow citizens to get involved in society for more than 20 years.
Independent of politics and religious denominations, numerous projects in the areas of education, language development, natural sciences, culture, the environment and integration are implemented by predominantly volunteer Berliners. The aim is to enable educational equality and social participation for disadvantaged children, young people and senior citizens in Berlin.
John F. Kennedy said: "There is only one thing more expensive in the long run than education, no education". To make fair educational opportunities possible for everyone, we support the Bürgerstiftung Berlin.
