Your tasks:

  • Self-dependent processing of rental administration
  • Written as well as telephone contact with tenants, authorities, lawyers, external service providers, etc.
  • Takeover and control of payment transactions, invoice account assignment/processing, collection and issuance of outgoing invoices
  • Dunning and issuance of mandates in disputes
  • Coordination of tradesmen orders for maintenance measures / claims and their deadline monitoring and control
  • Processing of claims
  • Negotiation of utility and service contracts
  • Foresighted planning and cost control
  • Processing of insurance claims
  • Preparation of utility bills including objection processing and rent increases. Objection processing and rent increases
  • Maintenance of master data

Your profile:

  • Several years of professional experience in property management as well as training as a real estate agent or comparable training
  • Good empathy and customer-oriented way of working
  • High degree of accuracy, adherence to deadlines as well as very good knowledge of the framework conditions of a property management
  • Experience in dealing with property management-specific software is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
