Your tasks:
- As part of the financial accounting team, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- You create invoices, order payments and monitor incoming and outgoing payments. You keep an eye on open items and process the dunning process.
- You maintain master data for creditors/debtors and ensure the sustainable quality of the data in the SAGE 100 financial accounting system, in particular the merchandise management system.
- You check and process cash and credit card statements.
- You actively participate in the automation and digitalization of invoicing and payment processes as well as the optimization of work processes.
- You support or work on the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- You are flexible and ready to work on various projects.

- You have a qualification as an accountant or have completed commercial training.
- You preferably have several years of solid professional experience in financial accounting or accounts payable/receivable management.
- Your quality standards are high and you work in a goal-oriented and independent manner and show a high degree of initiative. You have a pronounced affinity for numbers.
- You enjoy using the relevant MS Office products (especially Excel and Word) and are confident in working with financial accounting systems (e.g. SAGE, LEXWARE, DATEV, LucaNet, MS Navison).
- You are a team player, reliable, enthusiastic about finding solutions together and have excellent communication skills as well as a high sense of responsibility.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German.
