Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the acquisition and sale of properties.
- A permanent position with lucrative earning potential.
- Use of a pool car and performance-related allocation of your own company car - with the option of private use.
- You will evaluate properties, prepare informative presentations, develop optimal marketing strategies and carry out viewings.
- You will provide advice and support for your customers from initial contact to after-sales service.
- You are responsible for the correct network and database maintenance.

Your profile
- You have professional experience in sales, ideally in the real estate sector, have a good regional network and extensive market knowledge.
- You have exceptional sales talent with strong acquisition skills, perseverance and determination.
- In good to very good residential and commercial locations, you not only know the street names, but also have contacts with owners.
- You are characterized by both an independent and team-oriented way of working and have a high level of assertiveness.
- You have very good communication skills combined with a sophisticated, cultivated and confident manner.
- You have a high level of customer orientation and enjoy providing professional advice to owners and interested parties.
