R² - Immobilienvermessung was founded in 2024. Both the idea and the name of the company were born at a meeting. Professional floor plan drawings as well as living and usable space calculations are required for every property sale as well as when renting out apartments. Floor plans are particularly important for owners, buyers, tenants and landlords. Professional floor plans and floor space calculations have become indispensable for successful real estate financing.

In the past years I was able to gain experience in various professions. After graduating from high school, I successfully completed an apprenticeship as a media designer for digital and print media. I was then able to gain an insight into asset accumulation at OVB Vermögensberatung AG. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for real estate. This was followed by an apprenticeship as a real estate agent (IHK) at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Brandenburg an der Havel.
