• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You support the office management in all administrative tasks, take over classic office activities and form the heart of the office
• Appointment coordination and calendar management
• You carry out your tasks just as conscientiously and reliably as structured and organized
• You are experienced in using the MS Office package (Word/Excel/Powerpoint), image processing and, if necessary, brokerage
